Pulled up outside house yesterday and when I looked into wing mirror it was folded in, same on nearside. It wasn’t folded in just before I pulled in cos I checked it. Now mirrors don’t fold in or out. No noise so just stopped working.
Any ideas where to start looking for fault ? Fuse ? Switches ?

Does your car have 3 positions for the door mirror adjusting button? i think for the mirrors to fold in the adjustment button needs to be in it's central position, thats the easiest thing i'd check first. With the button in it's central position some buttons have the option of being moved towards the rear of the vehicle which moves the door mirrors out/inwards.

Ah, I’ll check that. I’m taking it you mean the switch for adjusting the mirrors ?

went out n tried switch. Nothing. Put key in ignition and moved switch to left and mirrors folded out. Returned switch to central position and all works as normal. The switch feels a little sloppy moving to left, I’m wondering if it’s faulty ?Many thanks for the advice, another fix that cost me nowt
