citroen c5 suspension only goes low and normal position

hi, all next issue with my c5 just noticed that suspension goes only low and normal position when I press the button it shows on the dashboard that it's going up from normal position I can hear the pump but the car doesn't move. any idea? thanks

I would check how much LDS there is in the reservoir. Bottom her out first, wait a few minutes (to allow things to settle down), and then undo the cap and have a look. There is a 'grating' inside the top of the reservoir, with (around the neck) some vertical slots. The LDS should be between the lower and upper slots.

I've done that, but no change.

Does the suspension self level then return when you put weight on then off each axle?
Do you have access to diagbox?
Could be a body height sensor but i would have thought an fault warning would come up on the dash.

Found the issue, I just moved the front height sensor bracket on the bar 2mm, and now it's fine going up and down + showing correct on the dashboard + before the front end was a bit higher than the rear one. Thanks for the help guys.
