Citroen c5 x7 2.0hdi rough idle when cold?

Hi guys I have problem with my 2.0hdi, when I start the car first time until engine is cold I have rough idle for about 3-4 min. Then it work fine but the mpg is poor I guess cause before I never see it going to 11-12mpg on the small hills. Can. You please give me some suggestions? Thanks

Does it smoke, if so is it white and diesel smelling?

Not much help. but I found the issue, it was the injectors. I don't want to advertise anything, but guys if anyone has injectors problem (clogged)
