C5 x7 Water Leak

Hello I need to ask some advice with a water leak on my 2013 C5 X7 Tourer with the 2.2 Hdi 200ch engine .

I have a leak coming from the elbow that goes into the cylinder head next to the thermostat housing. It leaks from the bottom of the elbow with or without the engine running.

It is the small cylindrical piece behind the braded tube in the picture.

Can I ask if this is a push fit, ie interference fit and is this part available to buy seperately.

If it's the part I've arrowed in blue, then it's not a separate part, but part of the Cylinder head cover. Item (13) includes (A) plus the Rocker Cover Gaskets (14) & (15), is part number: 9678420380 and costs £160.86 inc. VAT from Citroen.

Hi Marc, it is part number 11 on the diagram at the front RHS of the block.

Ok, so that is the engine inlet water fitting and is part: 0245 47, priced £16.99 inc. VAT.

I have the same problem as described in this article.

Unfortunately, I cannot find this "0245 47" part in the market.
If you were able to buy this part, I ask you to tell me the shop name or address of the store.

You won't get that sort of part on the after-market as it's not viable to clone these sorts of parts and they are often 'bespoke' parts. You can order it directly from your dealer - that is a PSA internal part number for the engine water inlet fitting.

However - caution - that part number is specific to the DW12C and DW12BTED4 2.2 Litre engines only!
