Stellantis have a nice collection of "dieselgate brands" now Opel-Vauxhall/Peugeot/Citroen. Haven't checked but will Fiat and its various sub brands escaped...doubt it somehow, (edit. and not surprisingly they haven't) . Hope their pockets are as deep as VW's.

Still good news for Electric infrastructure roll out, VW are having to "electrify America" as part of their settlement.

VW’s $2 billion penalty for diesel scam, Electrify America, builds electric charging network across US to boost EV market

The vultures don't waste any time do they?

Their fees? Anything up to 50% of any compensation....

I have no sympathies for anyone 'cheating' emissions should this actually be proven (it has been significantly hyped by the media), but I have a total disdain for any money leeching lawyer claim firms.
