An interesting morning

Got a phone call from my old friend, she'd been stung by some waspy thing and her hand and arm were up like a balloon.

GP says go to A&E, an hour there then a round trip to the chemists for antibiotics.

Got to her house and the 8 foot fluorescent lamp in her kitchen had died so a trip to the electric shop for a tube.
