Citroen Berlingo II 2013 1.6 Hdi - Fan stays ON after shut down

Hallo,
I have a problem with my Berlingo II VIN: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] 7B9HF0 DJ570984. The fan runs for about 15 minutes after the engine is turned off. Error P0494 and P0495 can be read in the diagnostic tool. The resistor has been replaced with a new one, the relay is also functional. The high speed and low fan speed test is working. I suppose there is something wrong with the fan feedback signal. Does anyone know which wire is responsible for this? May i have the cooling wire diagram that fits my model and idea where to look for the problem.
