Citroen C5 mk1 BSM fire wiring diagram/plug advise

Hi, helping a busy mechanic with their scrap C5 hdi 110 2.0. Had a fire in fuse box. Replaced the BSM and salvaged Grey plug off board and car runs and drives etc. I got a plug off a 2001 HDI 2.2 16v and then tried connecting up. Colours and wire numbers not all the same. Joined up what i could and guessed a few. Anyways fiddled about and swapped a few around after finding the horn operated off the screen washers. The front fogs and rear washer muddled up too. Seems its all good now and working off right button switch etc but front wipers havent done anything yet. Does anyone know what too look at please. Wire numbers,colours position in plug would be a great help. Wonder if his customer fried board with wipers freezing maybe and burnt out the motor. Dont what to explore too much as it was destined for bean cans but i had 5 mins with it and got running so shes got a stay of execution atm.

Well done on getting it back on the road, sounds like you're being modest to me " joined up what I could" !
Anyway I've got a 2.2 HDI 16v on the drive & could take relevant pics if that's what you need.

If you can post up the VIN here it would be possible for Forum staff to look up the vehicle and get the correct wiring diagrams for it. The Vin will be automatically obscured, so only Forum staff can read it (for example, VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] ). However, because of the way Peugeot Citroen charge for the information you may be asked for a small donation, but this will then cover you for up to 2 years of searches.

Ignore the wiring colours as these can differ. Focus on the Pin assignments:

The front wipers:

From Front Wiper Motor, 5 Pin Black Connector to 16 Pin Green Connector in Fuse Box:
Pin 5: Earth to Earth Point
Pin 2: 500 - Low speed motor command, to Pin 1 Fuse Box
Pin 1: 501 - High speed motor command, to Pin 9 Fuse Box
Pin 4: 502 - Fixed stop command, to Pin 3 on 40 Pin Black Connector in BSI.

Hi, thanks for reply. Not had much a look in on C5 with being back at work and had a couple of days with a stripper!!! Unfortunately just a CAT B Polo. Do you mind making that a bit simpler to understand to a monkey like myself.
