Oil Catch Cans on DV6TED4
Has anyone installed Oil Catch Cans on the DV6TED4 engine? Obviously need a modification on the elephant proboscis used by the PSA group. Any idea?

Haven't done it on mine but a guy on YT has a good guide. More Molecules is his handle.

It's a very contentious issue. I wouldn't bother unless you are always doing very short trips.

I watched a video of how the remodel was done. On my Peugeot, I have a smoke problem when driving downhill without depressing the accelerator pedal. I changed the diaphragm to a pcv valve and the same thing happens, I'm not sure if the pcv valve is badly resolved or the turbine is broken. Do you have a problem?

lexi thanks
Surely you mean this video
leithant the routes I do are 5 and 15 km and the engine has about 300000 km
Question, I saw in the video that it returns the fumes to the air intake, why should anyone do it? due to legislation; Wouldn't it be better to get fresh air to the turbine?

The vapors should go to the suction, the whole system is integrated in the plastic cover at the factory and designed so that the vapors go to the suction and the oil returns to the trough. The repair is done because the factory solution is not the best.
