C5 II tyre pressure sensors

Is it possible to switch these sensors off ? & does the constant fault effect other electronics as the drivers window switch has suddenly developed a mind of its own ?

You can reprogram the system with Lexia or Diagbox to disable the tyre pressure monitoring.
I cant imagine it has anything to do with your window switch.
