Can someone remind me how to reset the average mpg display to zero please?

I've done it before, just can't remember now how I did it, and the handbook index is very sparse.

Cant remember the Expert specifically but on many PSA vehicles pressing & holding the button on the end of the wiper stalk resets the trip computer & short presses cycle through the different displays.

Thanks, I'd already tried the wiper stalk but might not have found the correct sequence of presses (or something), as I've just been out there and tried it again and I think it may be done now, I'll know better tomorrow when I start it up and use it.

Some of the displayed information cannot be reset, so if you were on one of those screens you would not have been able to reset it (such as range).
