Is this sensor also temperature ?

Restoring a forklift that uses a XUD 7 or 9 engine.

I see there are 2 pin and 3 pin variants of the oil level sensor and I understand that it also provides Oil Temp as well.

So which version of this sensor has the temperature ability ?

That is the engine oil level probe. On many XUD engines the oil temperature sending sensor was attached to the oil sump and then there was the oil pressure sensor separate again. So what you have there is likely the oil level probe.
