Hello There,
I had a problem with my Lexia install and now wish to use the Diagbox uninstall cleaner v1.0a but it seems to be taking forever. Does anyone know roughly what sort of time this takes please?
Thanks
Darren

Re: Lexia / Diagbox uninstall time
Also when trying to reinstall it seems that some element of diagbox has not been fully removed - such as the the pass number being populated from the previous install?

Re: Lexia / Diagbox uninstall time
Hi Darren, I have amended your posts and thread title as I think you are referring to Diagbox / Lexia.
To uninstall it, you first need to go to the control panel and uninstall the main programme from there. Then you need to use the DB Cleaner utility which will tidy up the remaining folders and registry entries. Then restart your PC and run the DB Cleaner again, just to make sure.
Then you can attempt to reinstall the software again. But make sure you run the installation programme as administrator and allow all the firewall requests and run. It does take time, so don't do anything else on the PC whilst it is installing. When it has successfully been activated and is at version 7.02, take a copy of of your licence file and save it somewhere safe in case it deactivates again.
