Hi, this is my first post, I hope I've posted in the right place!
A family member recently purchased a 2009 Citroen Jumper van, LHD (here in France). The wipers have just stopped working, it isn't the fuse, I have changed it twice to no avail. I am a classic car enthusiast and know my way (mostly) with spanners and a test light, but have limited experience with vehicles with ECU's, body control units etc.
I have removed the 5 pin plug on the wiper motor and when the switch is in any position, one pin is permanently live (self park I assume), the rest of the pins do not seem to do anything in any position. I am having trouble finding information about the wiper circuit on this van, I believe they are closely related to the Fiat Ducato but not sure by how much. I cannot work out which relay is which, so have changed each in turn to no avail. I did wonder if it was the switch, but before splashing out on a switch that might do nothing I thought I would investigate if anyone has had the same problem before. Thank you in advance.

Try doing a BSI reset.

This van is a Fiat Ducato but with Citroen badges.
Has anyone used jump leads to start the van just before the wipers stopped working?
What are the last 8 digits of the VIN & I will take a look at the wiring diagram.

Hi, sorry not to update. There was an issue with the wiring to the stalk (luckily!).
