c5 x7: parking assistance cannot be used

Hi everyone!
Before write here, i read a lot topics but not found the solve to my problem.
When i put on R transmission, on display i see next message: The parking assist cannot be used at the moment. Only back park sensors not active. Who are solved this problem?

No, but on other forum some man say that contact can emulate connect with towbar. and i have one cable ( left back hidden door) not connected to system.
