BSI not communicating

Hi there, my BSI not communicating with ECU. Wipers not working, STOP lights in speedo, no radio and etc, engine not start and key fob working, I can lock and unlock car, I check all fuses and everything ok (Citroën Berlingo 1.6 hdi 2008)thank you for your help

Any more info? have you tried anything like a BSI reset? What actually happened, was it just like this one day when you went to start it? Has it recently had any work done or any accessories added?
