Xsara Picasso drivers door disassembly

Do any of you kind folk have a diagram or instructions how to remove the door card and of the window workings for a Xsara Pic?

Door check strap is knackered and the window jams halfway down. It’s a fight to get it back up!

Quick look at youtube had this and probably others. Might help.

This goes on for 48 minutes might be something useful in it, Havent watched it all :-D
