I was a regular on here years ago, before sloping off to Mercedes 190 land.
But I found this video and thought of you lot...
This channel belongs to a dismantler in Belarus, AutoStrong-M. Loads of videos examining diesels from about 1998 to 2010, including all the HDi units.
In fact, they rate the 2.0 8v HDi as the third best passenger car diesel, which is no small achievement since they have examined just about every diesel going.
