Help citroen relay 2008 3.0hdi

Hi everyone,
I have a 2008 citroen relay which no longer runs.

Driving along a dual carriage way van stalled and never started again. Prior to this no warning lights on dash

She will crank but glow plug light flashes and engine management light stays on

I've had a friend plug a snap on diagnostic and spat up all of the attached codes

Any help really appreciated
