2014 Dispatch/Jumpy Steering fluid change?

I have a problem with slightly jerky steering and a pretty dark steering fluid. I would like to do a complete steering fluid change asap.
Problem is that there's no flow through my the reservoir on this designs.
So I need to drain from below. Any hints on where to do this?
