Hi,
I live in Regional South Australia and own a 2004 2.L Petrol 4 Door Citroen/Hatchback, that has done approximately 70,000km. The car is in excellent condition and I love to drive it (I rescued it from a trip to the wreckers (with only 57,000km on the clock) as the previous owner was unwilling to buy two electrical solenoids it needed, to fix an electrical problem it had and wanted to give it to the wreckers for nothing!!!!.) (I took it to Rowell and Searle, European Trans Service Garage in the CBD and they fixed the problem in like 15 minutes) I paid nothing for the car (well i did a straight swap and gave the owner my clapped out 2016 Madza NEO 2.4L with 178,000km on the clock, a noisy differential and warped front disk rotors) but now I need to fix an indicator problem I have? The indicators sometimes work and sometimes don't work. You have to press and hold the stalk to get them to work? I also need to try and fix the problem with the electric sunroof and the front seat heaters? Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't? (This isn't urgent though) The indicator issue is, because if i get stopped by the POLITZEI for not having working indicators, I will get an instant defect on the car. Therefore i need to know, if anyone can tell the actual PART NUMBER for the Indicator unit? I tried ringing the Citroen dealership here in Adelaide and the Muppet on the phone was damn near useless. (He basically told me that this issue cannot be fixed as the whole BMI/Trip computer had to be replaced(????) and I was better off making an appointment with the dealership in regards purchasing a new car!!! (I'd love a brand new Citroen, only downside is I CAN'T afford a new car.) He also would not tell me the part numbers over the phone, saying i had to book the car into the dealership mechanics workshop, BEFORE anyone would discuss anything further with me? (I told him to stick that idea, where the monkey sticks his nuts!) So does anyone know of the ACTUAL PARTS NUMBER, i need to quote to order a new indicator relay unit online?? Even the auto electrician i use, has stated to me, it will be a whole cheaper for me, to get this part shipped to me, rather than just take it in the repair place and get them to try and fix it? Can anyone assist? I want to keep driving my lovely little CLUNKY FRENCH MONKEY!"
can anyone out there help me?

It would be helpful if you identify exactly which car you have, along with its VIN number.

Some dealerships can be funny about giving out part numbers, they know people will just go google it & find it cheaper.
What is the last 8 digits of the VIN?
