Hi, can you fit a twin scroll turbocharger from a 110 bhp 1.6 Hdi C5 on to a xsara 92 bhp 1.6 Hdi engine? If you can, will that give the engine 110bhp? Thanks

No but you can have your own ECU remapped so your engine as it is will produce that power, which is invariably cheaper.
