DS3 how to change fuel pump

Afternoon all, hope you’re having a good weekend.

Could someone provide a guide for the changing the fuel pump on a ‘11 1.6 HDI DS3 please?

Also has anyone got the service intervals as I can’t seem to find them anywhere.

Specific operations have specific intervals (like timing, checking particle filter etc.), so would need to know what specifically you wanted to know, but for normal servicing:

For your 1.6 DV6C DS3:
'Normal' conditions: Every 12,500 miles / 2 years
'Arduous' Conditions: Every 10,000 miles / 1 year

As for the pump, are you talking about the High pressure fuel pump?

Ok, you do realise the following have to come off before you can do the high pressure pump?

• The air filter housing
• The fuel filter complete
• The air inlet pipe
• The fuel filter support
• The exhaust gas recycling module
• The timing belt

Plus you'll also need a High-pressure pump pinion extractor, a High-pressure pump pinion rotation stop and a pump locking pin...
