C5 X7 Middle SeatBelt Issue

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before. My middle seatbelt does not pull out and is sort of locked so it can’t be used. There must be something wrong with the barrel.

I can’t figure out how to get to the seatbelt mechanism as it is inside the rear seat back? Any ideas? Is this a common problem?

If I’m going to buy a new part, does anyone know the part number?

To answer your question, not, not a common fault and this is the first time I have heard of this issue to be honest!

Try lowering the rear head rests (or removing them temporarily) and fold the rear seats forward to see if that gives you any leverage to try and un-jam the belt.
