C5 key sync problem

Hi i just bout a new key for my c5 year 2005 programmed the immo with lexia and tried to sync the key with the car but it doesn't want to sync and the old key doesn't work properly anymore too when trying to unlock it or locking with the remote. does anyone have any idea what is happening (sorry for the bad English)

Reprogram the keys again then as soon as you have done it & Lexia tells you to sync the remotes the way i find works best is to switch the ignition on rapidly alternate between pressing the lock & unlock buttons for 10 seconds, after 10 seconds repeat with the second remote. Get out the car & lock the car with the keyblade, wait 30 seconds then unlock with key, open & close the door & try remote. I find this method gets me the best results.
