Hi all,
Ijust bought a 1999 Xsara West Coast, 40k on the clock for £500, looks brand new.
The only thing I've noticed and not sure if you have experienced the same but the clutch and accelerator almost 'stick' sometimes. Not sure if this a problem that needs fixing or just a quirk with the old Citroen's and just something I have to get used to. Would be interested to hear what you think!

Without stating the obvious given the fact you have an issue with 2 of the pedals but are the pedals catching on a poorly fitting floor mat?
Believe it or not this catches a lot of people out.

Re: 1999 Citroen Xsara Clutch/Accelerator sticking
I thought the same as i had this with my old Peugeot 206 but unfortunately not the problem.
The accelerator would be fine to just get used to but the clutch is very stiff and causes stalling and lurching in traffic
