C5 2008 shocks and springs

Hello Hive minds...

OK. Now its time for the rear shocks and springs. Just did the front and I'm getting noises now coming from the rear that to me sound like the bushes of the shocks getting worn. A kind of squeak, groan, thump.

So is there a detailed 'How to?' to do this job and also is there a parts diagram of the spring and shock for this car. I need to know if the top bearing/bush is a separate item to order.
