You've changed your X7 then? Can you let me know if you have both (the other one ending in 735), so I can update my info or just this one now.

This is the one for your car specifically as per your VIN - if you got it elsewhere it's a distinct possibility that you may have the wrong one. You have the PSA part number above now so make sure this is what you ordered. It won't be the first time sellers bundle different parts under the same part number.
