C4 1.6 EGS gearbox issues and service in Norfolk

Hi,

I have a 2012 C4 1.6 diesel with the EGS gearbox.

It has the (usual?) problem of juddering when pulling away or reversing.

Have tried the DIY "hard reset" method found on here to no avail.

I think possibly the fluid level on the gearbox actuator may also need checking.

Can anyone recommend someone in Norfolk with a Lexia I could take this to please ?

Would also like a service
