I am not sure whether car manufacturers 'tailor' some bits of their cars to suit different countries. I can certainly think of certain things that might be different in, say, Spain compared to Norway.
I wonder because I am in a strange situation regarding an 11-month old C4 Cactus 'feel' I have just bought here in France.
I had no idea that the car was an import into France until a week after agreeing to buy. In fact, I only found out through a chance comment by a technician who went through the controls etc. just before I drove away. It had been a demonstrator at another Citroen main dealer somewhere in Europe. Dunno which country yet.
So can someone please give me an idea? I don't suppose the VIN gives anything away relating to equipment, or does it?

Re: General advice
The Cactus was only ever produced at Villaverde, Madrid in Spain Roger and is exported round the world.
If you want some idea of factory fitted equipment for the specific car, then let me have the VIN.

Re: General advice
Ok Roger, these are the main specs:
Bear in mind it had been announced back in June / July 2019 that the C4 Cactus was being discontinued, so they are currently exhausting stocks - which is why at present only the 'Flair' model is available to buy new. There will be a replacement vehicle in that segment but they don't know what yet.
Spec is 'Medium Medium'.
16" Steel wheels
Indirect Tyre Pressure Monitoring (no wheel mounted sensors) and without location.
Disc Brakes Front, Drums at Rear
2 Reversing lights
Manually Folding Mirrors
Electrically controlled Mirrors (but not electronically folding - see above)
No Spare Wheel (Puncture Repair Kit)
No Anti-Theft Alarm
No Blind Spot Monitoring
Manual rear Child Lock
Mirror Link for Phone
No Front Passenger Seat Height adjustment
Non-illuminated driver and passenger courtesy mirrors
Without Oil Level indicator
Touchscreen Display with connected navigation
Singe Air Conditioning (Not dual zone)
With Cruise Control and speed limiter
Mono Radio Tuner
Rear Parking assistance with rear camera
Simple Central Locking (no Deadlocking)
With USB Socket
Independent Telematic Unit
No Automatic switching on of headlights
Fog Lamps with static cornering Function
(Note: A/C fluid is the later 1234YF)
As for roof bars, there is an accessory fixing kit available for models supplied without the longitudinal roof bars.

Re: General advice
Thanks Marc for that exhaustive list.
Here in FR there are 3 levels advertised - Live Feel Shine.
Ours is supposedly the Feel.
Can your i.d. tell us when the car was made?

Re: General advice
You'll find that as production comes to an end, the availability of models will shorten down until they'll only sell what's left on the storage parks. We also had 3 trim levels in the UK, but these have reduced down to one now. It will be the same over the World as they wind up production (if they already haven't).
In the UK, you can only order the 'Flair' trim model now.
Your Cactus was built on 24th July 2019 from the RPO number, so was before the last facelifted model.
There were 3 Trim levels for those produced prior to 2020 - the Feel, Feel Edition & Flair,. but now only the Flair is available it would seem.
