will not start

I have a c3 that will not start when I put tests on I get error: p0571 p0480 p0485 and that motor control is locked, do these faults have anything to do with locking motor control?

If you can give us some more info on the model/year etc will be helpful.
Best way is to post your Vin which will be masked and allow more detailed fault code understanding.
