The reason they will have been dumped is the cost of disposing of them has gone up this year from around £1.50 to nearly £4 per tyre because of Covid situation according to my mate.
I bet the 'poor' fella couldn't get in his front door.
Sadly, justice may come down on the wrong side as this is technically self-incriminating evidence unless the farmer has evidence to the contrary of the perpetrator's shenanigans.

According to the full story the farmer had set up cctv to catch the dumper then simply returned the tyres to the offender's front garden being careful to do no damage to the property in the process.
