Good Morning,
I have a Citroen ds3 from 2012, with the myway system, it happens that since the roll over happened in April 2019 my gps stopped working, it doesn't pick up any satellite and as such the gps doesn't work.
My myway has firmware 50.03 / R50B.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Is there a firmware for updating the gps? If so, where can I find it.
Thank you very much

The only way to fix this, is to go into the settings for date and time, and unselect the ‘Synchronise time with GPS’ option. This can resolve the incorrect positioning information as a result of the April 2019 change. Check the time, date and year and correct manually, but ensure the ‘Synchronise time with GPS’ setting is not checked.

How many satellites do you have visible?

Re: GPS does not pick up satellites - Myway
Your problem is not the N week rollover then.
I would be suspecting a faulty aerial, aerial lead or the unit itself.
First try restarting the unit (long press on the on /' off button or simultaneously holding the eject and volume buttons).
You can test the aerial by getting a cheap GPS aerial off ebay or somewhere like that with a FAKRA connector, then plug this into the back of the Head Unit in place of the original GPS aerial (should be blue), position the GPS receiver on the dash and go for a drive of at least 10-15 minutes. Note: it is no good standing still and running the car for 15 minutes, as the vehicle needs to be moving for this time to allow the satellites to lock on and calibrate with the satellites.
If, after this time of driving, you are getting satellites visible, then you know it is your aerial base / lead that is faulty.

You can get a cheap GPS aerial - something like this for testing:
