Hi

Fault code: BBDB- Sensors supply fault, Short circuit to earth. The supply voltage of the control sensor is too low.

So this means there is an electrical supply problem to the sensors. All the sensors (front & rear) are connected to the parking assistance ECU in the boot. The ECU should be attached to side of the spare wheel well. There are 3 wiring blocks. A 6 pin Black connector - these are for the rear sensors, an 18 pin white connector - these are for the front sensors and an 18 pin black connector which carries the earths and the CAN wiring and the BSI control wires. So I would check the connectors and make sure they are solid and that you have not spilled any liquid onto the ECU from the boot.

Fuses:
Check Fuse F13 & F14 in the BSI (by the drivers left side on a left hand drive car). Then also check Fuse F13 in the Engine Fusebox as this supplies the BSI with power to some systems.
