Hi and to the Forum. While I cannot help you directly with the problem, I will make a couple of suggestions; post up the VIN here (so that Forum Moderators can look it up on the PSA database (it will be obscured so only Forum staff can read it), and explain what the problem is (to the best of your ability) so that it can hopefully be diagnosed and resolved.
