Error Code 20 - the licence File is not Coherent - reinstall Diagbox

Hi all,

I just fired up diagbox for the first time in about 18mths and I got this error message:

Error Code 20 - the licence File is not Coherent - reinstall Diagbox

How do I solve this one?

Your Diagbox has been deactivated.

Restore the backup of the licence file (APPDIAG.SYS) you should of taken when you originally installed it. Failing that, you will need top fully uninstall the programme, clean the folders and registry of all associated entries and reinstall it. Note: just reinstalling it over the exiting installation will not work.
