Headlamp bulbs

Can anyone help me? i need to change a headlight bulb,nearside on a Clio 1'5 DCI 2008 will i have to remove the bumper to do this as theres not much room! also i changed the windscreen washer pump but it is dripping water,how do i remove the washer bottle located under the o/side wheel arch thanks.
