2L hdi 2003 xsara picasso engine/gearbox mounts

hi to all just got this picasso
the gearstick jumps out of 5th ..
.so as other posts on here suggested i removed gearbox cover everything is tight and ok 5th fully engages nut wasnt loose so...
i am trying to inspect engine and gearbox mounts but dont know where or what to look for ??
could anyone offer pics or advice thanks
