zx sounds like tank

can anybody help my 2.0 16v zx is making excess noise when accelating above 2500rpm and is losing a lot of coolant, oil leaking from somewhere but cannot seem to find where.[?] any advice would be gratefull [?]

Sounds to me like it could be your head gasket.

i have to agree about head gasket. check for white sludge on oil filler cap and level of oil. or you can get this blue liquid which comes with a sukker and you place it over header tank with engine running and if liquid turns yellow then this means you are getting exuast fumes in the cooling system (head gasket)
