Rattling brake pads

The Bendix front pads on my Xantia rattle very loudly.
What can I do to stop it?
I thought that fitting new discs would solve the problem; but it didn't!
There are no springs with the Bendix caliper.
Any ideas? Kevin.

Seems the springs have been missing first off - a common problem.
You need a pads fitting kit.
