I thought I would look for the leak which I see as moisture on the join between gearbox and engine.
It is almost impossible to photograph, the best way to describe the position is, it is underneath the fuel pump ( it's not fuel) where a double pipe goes into the engine.
Does anyone have any ideas what this is ?

What is it though Kenny, can you tell if it's LDS, water, oil, fuel?

Re: Small Leak i've noticed.
There is a known fault with some earlier models of this engine, with the manual 6 speed boxes - specifically if you are getting a loss of engine oil. The fault lies in the engine oil sump.
If there is an oil leak at engine oil sump (1) (Gearbox end ) then it requires a repair to the sealing of the sump, which means it coming off.
There was a modification made to the manufacturing process from build 13550 (14th December 2013). Yours is 12296 (9th July 2010). It could of course be something completely different, but thought I'd mention it.

Re: Small Leak i've noticed.
It's like a mixture of oil and water not LDS.
But I'll try and get a picture tomorrow but will require the removal of some air feed pipes.
It's not from the sump this is much higher up.
Could this leak out of the vacuum pipe running from control solenoid to egr valve.
