Took the wife's C4 for its CT (MOT) today, In France they now plug in a OBD reader as part of the test. Never seen that before

Re: MOT / CT
They do a general test and if it shows a problem with emissions, air bag etc depending on what it is, it's a fail. I had a glow plug code thrown (cit HDI, normal), it was noted but with the comment 'not causing adverse effects to the environment' or something of that ilk. That was about 3 or 4 weeks ago. It's to stop people taking the airbag etc lights out of the dash.

Emmisions came out good, I heard a rumour that the EGR has a blanking plate, but I believe it's against forum rules to discuss.
