Citroen Berlingo 1.5 BlueHDi Feel oil leak from dipstick

I have a Citroen Berlingo 1.5 BlueHDi Feel 5dr M 2019 spewing out oil from dip stick. This happened on two occasions and the dealer thinks that the dip stick was not placed properly. Still under warranty and I just want to know even if the dipstick out, can oil spew out. Also please let me know if any body else had experienced this. When this happened third time this was taken taken to a different dealer and was told that they had a Cirone came back with the similar problem.
