Help Please!!!!

Hi, I currently have a 2017 Citroen C1 and I absolutely love my little car. However, there is 1 thing that drives me insane and I need help!! When I connect my phone to the car via Bluetooth to play music through Spotify, the album cover of the song I’m listening to does not show up on the screen. As an experiment, my friend connected her phone, and the album cover was visible straight away!! I have fiddled for hours to try and solve the problem, and to get the album art to show on screen. It is still yet to work! I have also connected my phone with a usb cable and the same thing happens.

Does anyone know a way around this?? I’d love to be able to see the album artwork on the screen just like my friend managed to with her phone! Thank you in advance!!

Hi and welcome.

This has been a common problem for Spotify users in the past. Make sure your phone has the latest updates (system and spotify app). Is your friend also using Spotify when she connected up to your vehicle? If so, it is probably your phone that needs an app or phone update.

Do both of you have the same type of phones? i.e. Both Android or both Apple.

Hi, thank you so much for helping! Yes we both have iPhones and both have the latest versions of the Spotify app. This is why it’s so confusing
