So C4 2006 coupe. Do I have any options to add a usb, aux or Bluetooth to the stereo?
It does have a cd player so I could just burn mp3s to a cd but would be nice if I could play music or YouTube videos from my phone...
What options to add USB or phone to C4 2006?

Not a lot really without losing some system functionality.
You have the RD4 system. So there is no bluetooth support for this year.
The only sort of thing you could look at is a unit that mimics a CD Changer and plugs into the port on the back of the RD4. This will play MP3s, organised as if it was a stack of 6 CD or folders that you can copy MP3s to and play through the unit that then uses the car's system to play them.
There are different versions of these units - each with different functions including bluetooth call handling.
Something like this:

If you have an RD4, then there may be an upgrade path by replacing it with an RD45, there are a few topics in viewforum.php?f=52 describing how it has been done on various models.
