Why is my car not compatible?
Not even my local ds dealer can solve this.

That seems very strange... have you tried to contact the DS customer service team? I've always found them very helpful. I had trouble getting the DS Club Privilege to appear on the MyDS app and had other questions about the speed cameras and uploading journey information which they were able to sort out for me. Their phone number is 0800 877 8455.

Some of my problems were caused by my dealer using my work email address on my registration with DS whilst I'd set up an account using my personal email, so everything was out of sync. I don't think that's relevant for what looks like a car not being compatible with the Sat Nav but thought I'd mention it just in case, given how "connected" things seem to be in the DS world.

Will try ringing them, cheers. The dealers are just useless.
