207 1.6 Hdi Clutch Change

Post by LittleOldSuzi »

The clutch has started to slip on our 2007 1.6 Hdi 110, I can't complain it has 160K on the original. I understand that it may have a Sachs or an LUK setup but is there any way to tell which I have before I take the gearbox off so that I can have the parts ready?

Thanks all...

I have the VIN already.

Citroen have suggested alternative parts as LUK no longer make these parts.

2052FE for the Clutch Mechanism.
2052X4 or 2051Z7 for the Clutch plate.

OK so it has an LUK setup. I know what I need now and thanks for the info. Appreciated as always.
