But I can't see anything else that's a problem either.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

I think he's talking about the content on the screen, it's a bit of a pain to set as you wish and to reset, there's a menu button and a step though programme to set your preferences 'personalisation' you really need the driver's handbook to get accustomed to how it all works, you can also go back and forth by pressing the button on the end of the wiper stalk.

If it's the same as the X7 then this only cycles through the three MPG options (Trip 1, Trip2, Instantaneous) not a completely different screen.

You haven't really said what part of the display you don't understand?Forevertonian wrote: ↑08 Jan 2020, 00:11 This came up on my dash and I dunno how to get rid of it or what it is.
You have your climate control temperature displayed there for the left and right passengers, plus the trip computer.
The cycle mode will be for Instantaneous (icon of car), Trip 1 (1) and Trip 2 (2) by pressing on the end of the wiper stalk.
You currently have it set to Trip 1 and it shows in order, the total mileage of the trip 1 counter since it was reset, the average MPG and the average Speed.
Press the relevant button on your Radio (Head Unit) it will read something like AUDIO, TRIP, NAV, CLIM or TEL depending on your trim and options fitted. Pressing these will change the display.
