2010 C3 Windscreen leaking after replacement

Hi All, My mum's C3 has a leak into the passenegr footwell - not coolant - it had a windscreen replacement about a year ago and it is now leaking (or they have now noticed it ... ) and the windscreen replacemet is suspected. It's one of the panoramic windscreens.

There is a rubber moulding at each lower corner of the windscreen and the left one is missing. The right hand one is loose but not sure how it should be.

I've done a search on here but couldn't find anything.

Does anyone have experience of this and a known fix?

Id contact whoever replaced it first, talk nicely and point out there's pieces missing and it's leaking. Might pay off especially if you have a receipt and its less than a year since it was done.

A lot of the windscreen companies offer a lifetime warranty - I've just had one done on our C3 and they said - any issues at all call them and they will replace it if necessary.

If you post your VIN up we'll be able to see exactly the model you have and the components.
