Is there a knack to getting a good seal on the turbo oil feed pipe ? Torqued it to manufacturers spec and it’s still leaking oil. (Using new copper seals )
Thanks.

Is it possible there is a slight imperfection in one of the copper washers or one of the faces of the banjo fitting? Otherwise I cannot see why it would leak.

I have another couple of copper washers, I’ll swap them over and see if that’s any better. Thought there may be a knack to it .

Check that the actual banjo bolt doesn't have a hairline crack from previous over tightening.

If you overtighten it will leak as well.
Banjo bolts are usually fairly reliable and don't leak

Tried 2 lots of copper washers and still have a leak. Not 100% sure it’s from the oil feed pipe, but it’s dripping onto the actuator so what else could it be ?

A crack where the banjo fitting attaches to the pipe?

It never leaked until I put a new feed pipe on .
